i'm fighting with medicaid to change over to male so I can get my hormones covered. I go in for my top surgery consultation, but i'm mildly freaking out about it like how to pay for it even though I have a good job now and can look for a second job next year when I'm out of school. Top dysphoria has been through the roof lately and I need it to be completely flat, but I'm worried my doctor might try to talk me into getting it proportional, but in reality I've seen chubby cis dudes with bird cage chests and pudges.

I'm doing so much better lately, but anybody deal with medicaid changing their sex?
