I am 7 weeks post op (1 and half months) and I just noticed that I can feel the knot / tip of the thread used in my clitoris area. I just want to know if theres a way to get rid of it or at least dissolve it faster. I feel it when I touch my clit.

My doctor tried to cut some stitches around that area and it hurt like hell. Is there any way to get rid of this? When did yours dissolved?

You should check out a girl on youtube named princess Jules. She went in depth about post op life. It sounds like it just takes a lot of patience. She just posted a 6 month post op update video not too long ago and said that finally most of the swelling has gone down.

Just be aware that YMMV though. Julie had internal bleeding after the op whereas some of us didn't. What she describes on her channel is solely her own experience. Best thing to do is to contact your surgeon and see what he/she recommends.

I will say the same as jfog in check with your own surgeon.  Everyone does something differently.

Watch advice from anything on a you tube channel. Many over act rhings for personal satisfaction.

As check with your own sergeon. It all is time.

I follow princess joules since before her operation. Yeah, I think the healing / recovery is case to case basis. My swelling down there were gone as early as 1 month after the surgery.

My next appointment to my doc is this coming monday. I just know what he will recommend which is to remove the stitches manually which hurts!

This.
The stitches I had to have removed were primarily around my vulva and vagina. Ones around the clit should be dissolving but I don't know the current getup you have.
