My new year resolutions:

Go to the gym 2 times a week,
Get to 180 pounds from 211 pounds,
Get my face beard electrolysis done,
Get my head hair consultation and correction,
Get my letters for FFS and GRS, schedule both and go after insurance to cover FFS.
Come out 100% at work if I can get FFS covered by insurance and the procedure done.

Learn and master make up for night time. (I may not use it but I would still like to know how)
Join a bowling league (I need to be more social)
Be more social
Live and enjoy life

Do not fear those who have nothing left to lose, fear those who are prepared to lose it all

I haven't really though too far into the future - my mind is elsewhere right now - but...

Trans-related: gotta finish the facial hair removal.  Then the usual; more coming out, go full-time over summer 2015.

Life-related: stop eating meat (again).  Or at least stop eating meat if I have a choice to avoid it.
