What is possible without T

Hello :) hope everyone had a happy holiday, however you celebrate. I'm still as confused as ever but can see me starting to consider a very slow transition.  The thing is being on T feels really scary to me (I have health anxiety so worry about anything that could possibly give me complications).

So my question is; how many changes can be acquired without T.  I'm lucky to have a very boyish frame already so know I can easily gain some muscle.  I would want to have top surgery at some point too but what about other changes.  Are there any facial exercises you can do to give you a more masculine face? And does anyone know if speech therapy can lower voices ? So it becomes permanent or at least second nature.

I know the obvious answer is....just go on T damn it. The thing is I feel I like I have more than the average female already and couldn't handle the worry about my health, not to mention losing my hair (it's the only part of myself I actually like)

I appreciate that without T I may always look like a teenage boy but at 5ft2 I'm never going to look like a big strapping man anyway :/

Other than starting a strict weight lifting regimin with a fitting diet to put on muscle, I don't think there's much else you can do. Weight lifting naturally boosts testosterone levels in men and women, of course in women it's still not going to be enough as say starting T. But something's better than nothing, eh?
In my opinion nothing else really does much other than give you the placebo effect. If you want the voice, gotta start T. If you want the masculinization, gotta start T. So on and so forth.

I think there's been something about the voice that you can learn to talk with a lower voice but it'll end up damaging your voice in the long run.

And hair loss is dependent on genetics so not everyone gets that. I've been on T for a bit over 2 years and I don't think even my hairline's changed.

The thing that concerns me about the genetics and hair loss is that both my dad and brother both lost their hair in their 30s and on my mums side I remember her dad not havin much either.  Surely that must mean I will lose mine too ?

I would use "could" instead of "will", considering there's always the chance that a feature skips a generation but there is always a possibility. Genetics are a tricky subject.
