Other than starting a strict weight lifting regimin with a fitting diet to put on muscle, I don't think there's much else you can do. Weight lifting naturally boosts testosterone levels in men and women, of course in women it's still not going to be enough as say starting T. But something's better than nothing, eh?
In my opinion nothing else really does much other than give you the placebo effect. If you want the voice, gotta start T. If you want the masculinization, gotta start T. So on and so forth.
