Hi,

I am searching for surgeons in any country who do hanging scrotum like Dr. Crane technique. Here are his results: http://brownsteincrane.com/metoidioplasty/

Thanks

Those are the best looking scrotums I have ever seen by any surgeon. Most are so close to the body. How does he make them look so natural?

Those are balls of beauty.  :o

If I go for bottom surgery I'd want him too.

Wow those look really good. Are they supposed to be in between the legs or more close to the peen? Sitting down for cis guys would be uncomfortable if they were directly in between like in that one pic.

Which patient do you mean?  Patient Z's positioning appears to just be a trick of the way in which he is laying.  Standing it appears his scrotum would be in the same position as the other patients on that page.

QuoteThis patient had a meta by another surgeon who placed his implants directly under the skin between the legs. This made sitting uncomfortable and the patient could not ride a bike. He requested a formal scrotoplasty.
This is what I'm referring to. Dr. Crane had to correct his, and I'm wondering if cis guy's hang like this but it is uncomfortable for constructed scrotums to be in the same place? Like, (stupid question) do cis guys sit on their junk?

Oops, I read the wrong description with the wrong picture and thought that description was for the pics under it.  The thing with a hanging scrotum is that it can move forward.  The way the surgeon originally did that guy's implants the couldn't be moved out of the way but pulling the scrotum forward.  So if you sit down and you accidentally sit on your ball/s you could just rearrange.  Hard to do if your balls are just implanted into the skin down there and not in an actual scrotum.

If you go down to the bottom and go "Back to Metoidioplasty" it explains what he does on that page.

Oh, that makes sense. Thanks!

My surgeon did that. I specifically requested it and I think it looks more natural, I will post a pic on transbucket in the near future for those interested in seeing it.

+1 for Crane.  He is for sure the surgeon I will go to (if I decide to get/if I can afford surgery).  His site indicates that he is proficient in 5 different types of metiodioplasty, so he uses the approach that best fits the genitals he has to work with.

Question I've been wondering about for a while now, if anyone can answer it...

*trigger warning- use of medical anatomy terms to be clear*

If someone has rather large/stretchy labia majora, would that equal bigger/more hangy strotum from this surgery?
I have almost no labia minora, but a lot of stretchy skin in the majora deptsrtmemt, so I've been thinking about this for if I decide to go this route one day for surgery.

Well, his site says that his metodioplasty results in a full scrotum, so it sounds like if you wanted bigger balls you may not have to worry about expanders, and yes, your scrotum would be more full than the usual guy if yours are larger to begin with.

I would prefer to not have to deal with testicular implants (they mostly look fake to me), so I am hoping he would say I have enough material there that he could make a relatively full scrotum.  I think I have an average amount of majora tissue.

I have a lot of minora and that can be used for girth.

Hi...to answer this question:

No, cis guys do not sit on those parts (unless seriously obese (like, 400+ lbs). They normally hang just forward of the legs when the legs are together (standing). Sitting with legs together can be, but not always, is painful (that's why one sees so many guys with their legs spread wide when sitting) Some cis-men can cross their legs (thighs) with no problem. Normally, the entire package sits on top of/just within the upper curve of the thigh when seated.

The pictures in the link look very good, very real. The repair was to create a scrotum to house the implants, rather than the implants being placed under the skin of the legs.

If one were to imagine a cross-section of the lower torso, the scrotum does not hang straight down from "6 o'clock". The posterior part of it is about 1 1/2" from the anus...so the connection point does angle forward a bit (about 7:00-7:30 o'clock, if 9 is towards the front), allowing the legs to close without smashing things too painfully.
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

Beth Andrea, thanks for popping in and giving us some information.  For those of us who haven't had relationships with men, we haven't been that up and personal to check it all out!  The positioning and such you described was very helpful.  Thanks.

You should line up the shaft of the packer with your clitoris, or slightly higher if that is more comfortable for you.  But, not any higher than that.  A lot  of guys wear them too high.

Although bottom surgery isn't on my radar right now, I'm impressed.. almost enough to start thinking about it rather seriously.
