I'm so happy that I get to sit through mandatory training to teach me the following:
Looking at pornography at work is not OK, despite being taught my entire life to share.
Being a racist at work is still not OK.
Pressuring a subordinate into a date is still not OK.
Having sex at work, still not OK.
Promoting the person you're bumping uglies with is still not OK.
Firing somebody because they don't want to bump uglies with you is also not OK.
Why can't forcing employees to sit through insulting liability reducing training be considered harassment?
