I'm so happy that I get to sit through mandatory training to teach me the following:

Looking at pornography at work is not OK, despite being taught my entire life to share.
Being a racist at work is still not OK.
Pressuring a subordinate into a date is still not OK.

Just got back from my first ever WI (womens insitute) meeting. A huge group of friendly and warm women. I was very nervous going in beforehand, but soon felt relaxed and welcomed. A wonderful vibe to the evening [emoji5].

So, ventured out to see if I could connect with other transisters here in the Vegas area and went to what's called "The Center" which is Vegas's LBGT place. 

Honestly felt so out of place there.
