Dont sign Yourself off into next decade yet, lol, You will get plenty of time to spend there (about 10 years to be more precise). I started shortly after I turned 35 and as someone said, You get pretty much what You invest into. It took longer time than for those who start in their teens or twenties - looking back, there were very little changes for the first 6-8 months apart of softer skin and some minor fat redistribution. And then at some point of time it all just started to pile up, pretty much exploding (or, if You would prefer, blossoming) everywhere. So, yep, it will take some time, but in the end... we have all remaining time of the Universe in our disposal
