i am from india and transitioning is not common here i have contacted endocronologists and she refused to put me on HRT and suggested implantation for breasts i have started taking contraceptive pills OVRAL -L 1x3 daily for last one year on and off due to fear of getting hurt, but cant have options as i need it badly now i have little growth of my breasts and have smooth body skin, can i get some guide line so that i can proceed without hurting myself.

I can't and won't advocate self medicating. I totally understand that they refused to do so. I'm sorry you have had trouble getting them to prescribe HRT. Have you considered trying to see another doctor as an option because one doctor's answer isn't necessary every doctor's answer. For the reason mentioned above we won't be able to give you any guidelines. Good Luck

Birth control isn't a safe way to do HRT. Self medication is not an acceptable topic here. There is a lot of information and friends to be made on site and I hope you stick around. It is possible to get it under a doctors care. I think we have a member from India receiving care.

Hi Anita welcome to Susan's. My advice is get to a doctor soon self medicating is a dangerous route to take.

While I do not condone self medicating, please consider that in some countries it is super hard to get any sort of trans care. Not hormones or even therapy. And in some countries some areas are different from others.
