I suppose you could think of this as an introduction, though I am not new to these forums. However, I haven't told my full chosen name to anyone, though I've had it picked out for several months.

My name is Will(iam) Jason Riordan. I like William for the legal name, because I like the formality of the sound. But Will is the true name.

The name I have chosen is very meaningful to me, as each component has a meaning and combined in order they form a phrase descriptive of my transition.

Will - The will
Jason - to heal
Riordan - the little poet king

My name is what I have: a mission to bring peace and healing to the boy I never got to be. To the darkness-driven poet of a young man that I became. To the short-of-stature but nonetheless brilliant man that I am today. I hold my inner child and my inner poet in my heart, and honor myself by knowing them. In crafting the words that form my name, I pay homage to myself, my true self, and simultaneously allow that self to become.

I have named myself, built myself, and defined myself, for the first ttime.

My name is Will.

Greetings from the MtF side, Will. You're a dashing young man, and it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance!
To strive to reach the apex of evolution is folly, for to achieve the pinnacle is to birth a god.

When the Stryker fires, all turn to dust in its wake.

That's a wonderful name. Much respect for putting so much thought into it. (Coming from someone too lazy to come up with a middle name >_< )
