sore nipples

so I woke up a few minutes ago and my left nipple is really sore and it feels like its on fire. I feel some hardness underneath and it's been sticking up instead of staying flat. is it because my nipples are starting to grow or is it something else?

It's nothing to be too concerned about.  Yes your breasts are starting to develop, starting with your nipples.  The hard structure you feel underneath your nipples are the development of the milk glands that will become larger.  Your soreness comes from the expansion of the areola and nipple area.

The soreness will become less over the next few weeks.  Though your nipples will become much more sensitive and any brushing against them, such as through doorways, can be painful.

Depending on the material of that shirt you might need to put something between the shirt and nipples if it gets to hurting to much for you. Welcome club. Hugs

I had an entire month where my breast felt like they were on fire. Its normal. They still get sensitive from time to time, but in general its not bad right now.

My nipples seem to be constantly erect too just after two weeks sans burning sensation and lump. Mines feels more like a swollen pimple/bruise

today theres a little less burning but there's enough to still make me drop. spread to my right nipple though. I need to find some thin soft material. I have a adversion to bras. I rather wear multiple shirts xD lol

I find that a nice soft tank top cami works very nice.  I get the kind with standard width shoulder straps not the spaghetti straps,  people just think I'm wearing  regular under garments.

I am not sure if I still have my breast buds, but now my areola and nipples feels like when I touch them have pins and needles.

My breasts have grown quite nicely in the past 2 months.

I am over five months spiro and closing in on 3 months on E, also taking dutasteride for last two months. I know that I am on a low dose of E and am over 60 so effects may be slower. But... I am hoping for more! Appointment with endo in two weeks. I so have a slight burning feeling in breasts that has been there on and off for weeks. I can't see any changes in my breasts.

actually today, they get irritated if I touch them or I rub them up against something. get those shivers as well. from sore to shivers. weird

xD make sire to wear something between because you'll be jumping if you sweat and have to sit and your shirt end up sticking to you chest. its like ticking pain lol

I know they are supposed to become erogenous at some point, but mine aren't yet. Is there an average time frame? (I know everything is YMMV)
