I'm scared I'll regret it if I transition, and don't know where to turn. It'll make life even harder after SRS, and I will likely never be treated as a real woman. It feels like crap to go through male puberty, but I'm scared I do not have GID and am just wasting your time and would be wasting a doctor's time. I see Jazz and other teen MTF being happy, and I am not even sure if it's possible for me.

Don't be scared...
this is a step by step process..
just do the next step...
you could look for a good gender therapist.... a supportive person to help you along...

there might be counseling at plannedparenthood or a lgbt center...
and here are a few thoughts that might help you:

If you do this step by step, with easy reversible steps first, and look how it makes you feel, its not likely you regret...
its more likely there will be a feeling of joy...

just look at the next step, and keep going...

I had doubt from about age 13 until age 29 -  just shortly before my SRS. The cross living period is intended to expose you to the new role so you will know if you will be happy before any possible mistakes are made. I had two years of cross living because of money issues and I would recommend if you are not ready to make a decision, just take a little more time and be sure. SRS changes almost nothing in your live but the cross living period changes everything. In the final months before surgery, doubt was erased and I knew I would never go back to the male role. There is a reason for the standards and that is to deal with the doubt that we all have.
