Freetom shipping?

Hello guys, i've ordered a Freetom prosthetic on clearance the 8th of August...
they said they would ship out within 3-8 bussines days.. and it still has not shipped out.
I've e-mailed them, no response of course, any idea what I can do?

How did you pay? For most online purchases, I think you can only dispute the charge if it has been 30 days since the initial order.

Also consider that it's Monday. Depending on when you sent your email, it may be buried in their inbox and they'll get to you today or tomorrow.

I paid via Paypal, i'll wait a few more days for them to reply, if they wont reply i'll send another mail and if they then still choose to ignore me i'll dispute the charge I guess

They've always shipped slowly, but I haven't yet heard of someone not receiving their product at all from Freetom. And as I recall they're in the middle of revamping themselves now so I assume that's slowing them down a bit. I'd say give em a little more time.
Mine took a little less than a month to be made and ship and arrive, but it was totally worth it. The STP is beautiful.

max was right, i've gotten a reply, and it's indeed due to the rehousing.
i've been told that all clearance orders will be shipped out 31st of August
