I always say "the less makeup, the more feminine you'll look". I think you did pretty well in the picture.
Face ~
Medium-Full Coverage foundation. To hide beard shadow, try applying an orange based lipstick before using foundation.
Apply powder after foundation to make it last a bit longer, especially around the T-zone.
Brozer is a wonder and can help you contour beautifully, look for your face shape for a contouring guide.
Eyebrows ~
Thinning you're eyebrows will instantly make you're face look more feminine, but don't go too thin unless that's the look you're going for; I'd recommend heading to a professional first and then plus yourself. They should not have sharp arches judging by you're face shape, try rounder, softer looking brows.
When filling them in, keep in mind that they should be either the same color as your hair or 2 shades lighter.
Eyes ~
Again, unless that's the look you're going for, neon-colors and colors that call too much attention should be avoided during the daytime. Softer colors like copper, gold, light purple, etc. are acceptable. If you want to use eyelashes, that is completely fine but make sure they are natural-looking(unless you want to go all out, then up to you again).
For nighttime, more attention-calling colors are acceptable as well as more dramatic eyelashes.

Lips ~
Nudes, Burgundy, Dark Coral, Reds, etc all work great for both day and night.
