hi there . i am on my way to transition(1 month and a week).actually i am from india and its mainly rice culture . thats okay until now. i had grown a little(just a little pounch) and a eat rice at almost twice. does it harm. i don't want to grow my belly. how should i balance ? should i take wheat based food? any other food supplements or alternatives if any. please guide. :-\

My spouse is Korean so I eat rice very often.  It won't harm you unless, like anything else, you eat too much.  Then it will just make you gain fat.

For the rest you can eat whatever you want.  You just have to not eat more calories than you burn.  You can join the website myfitnesspal for a lot of tools to help in tracking your calories.

Well rice in itself is ok but imo there also should be some nutritions like oils, vegetables and fruit... a healthy combination, possibly organic...

water should be healthy, if possible not carbonated... and cutting on high sugar drinks...

concerning belly its possible after a few months there is a redestribution of fat... so it grows more on the hips...
if it distributes by itself or if its necessary to work the belly off a bit by exercises like walking should be shown over time imo...
