Haircut - suggestions? [Pictures included]

I used to have hair so long it got to my bum, and I first got it cut short ever in my life on september. It's been two months now and I feel like it got quite too long, and the thing is, it's kind of not helping me with passing. Also, I liked it shorter since it was easier to keep. The problem is, I have no idea how to cut it. When I had it long, all I had to do was trim it. When I first cut it short, I bascially just chopped it off. But I want something nice now.

Get it shorter on the sides, and leave some on the top to do some stuff with, it doesn't look like your hair is terribly unmanageable so having the top to do stuff with will be nice. You could just get the sides cleaned up.

Id say get it trimmed so that the sides are about 1"-2" long, and leave a bit more length on top, like a few inches. Gives you plenty of hair to work with yet short enough to give a "masculine" impression.
