I'm not sure where you're located, if you're in the US Cypro won't be an option for you. If you're outside of this fun little republic, that's something you should discuss with your doctor. I've heard good things about both, and it will depend on your particular biology and needs.
As for patches vs injections... patches are a pain in the metaphysical sense. They're hard to keep on, they leave you with gummy residue to wash off, and they can irritate your skin. I can't say if injections are any better, but most girls seem to prefer them given the option.
The big worry about an orchiectomy is that some surgeons who provide GRS won't do so if you have had one. The tissues in your scrotum are used in the construction of a vagina, and having an orchiectomy can cause them to shrink to the point where they cannot be used, or will provide a very shallow vagina. I'd really only consider one if you're either not planning on GRS, if you plan on searching out a surgeon that uses alternative methods, or if your body cannot handle blockers.
