Finally realizing who i am

I'm a 30 yo male who is finally realizing that all my life i have wanted to be female. It has always been in the back of my mind but i guess i have chose to ignore it, or maybe its just that i know how my family would have reacted. I'm still living as a straight male but all i think about is being a woman. Im sure its the source of all or at least most of my anxiety/depression. Just looking to talk with others in my situation or anyone who thinks they can help.im tired of feeling like im in the wrong body. Love you all. Ryan<3
