There was a program last night on U.K CH4 about a sex change soldier which we didn't see but I've found the press article and you tube clip. I thought it was a pretty good job considering how masculine the guy looked before. So it's quite an encouraging story to people.

Obviously it wasn't an NHS case and the individual has the finances to get the best possible treatment..
