In a bit of a predicament!

Sooooooooooo Ive decided to go with Dr. Sinclair for my srs since ive heard so many good things about him. Thing is that he is in California and im in Massachusetts. I just sent in my insurance stuff to be reviewed and i will have to wait to be approved (ugh the wait is gonna kill me). I can get a ticket to fly back and forth but they told me im going to need a person w/ me to help me for the week i need to be there following surgery. I cant afford a second ticket and nobody has time to just up and leave for a week. So im not sure what im going to do...anybody in beverly hills want to be my friend real quick and help a sistah out? ill pay you in laughter and many thanks.
