Fenugreek

Do they have any hormonal effects ?

Fenugreek is a Mideast herb which is supposed to help with lactation in new mothers.

I am not familiar with the others.

All the hormonal effects of natural herbs are very weak compared to prescription hormones.

I chose to not waste my money with trying to transition with herbals.
