Hello, I have my consultation or top surgery next month and am very excited. Obviously, I want the operation to go as well as possible, so I'm wondering how best to physically prepare or it?
All I know for sure is no alcohol leading up to the surgery; I've been told to limit to no more than 1-3 drinks a week, but I don't really drink much at all to begin with so that's fine.
I try to eat as healthy as possible, but being poor makes it difficult.
1.) My big question, then, is how crucial is exercise prior to the operation?
Currently, it's hard or me to find time to exercise because I work so much, but I imagine this would be beneficial.
I heard one guy who had a lot of pectoral muscle that turned into breast tissue from childhood, which resulted in the surgeon needing to scrape tissue from the muscle.
2.) Next, out of curiosity, which type of surgery do you think has the best results? I know this greatly depends on body type, but I've been thinking I might want periareolar / keyhole because of its minimal scaring. I used to be an A almost B cup, but after being on T for 2 years, I am now much smaller. Probably an A or AA, if that exists. However, I'm not too impressed with some of the results I've seen on transbucket as for some guys the chest still looks a little feminine in my opinion.
Thanks in advance.
