Hello  I'm already a member of this forum but I had a problem with my account... I requested a change of my nick name "girlygirl002" to " A Girl in Wonderland " thank to Mariah. but I had a problem to enter in the e-mail that I registered my nick with the new password.. so I could not join again here with the new pass of my new nickname.. I tried to communicated again by personal message but I couldn't.. because I need a number of messages.. So I hope you can help me..

Hello sweetie, the problem is I can't enter in the e-mail of register because I don't remember the password for a long time.. so I can't click on the email to activate the new password of "A Girl in Wonderland"

It is possible to change the e-mail of my account for the e-mail of this user?

What I can do is send you email address so you can reset password on old email account to get back in. Then you can change emails. Hugs

The problem is I can't join in to the original e-mail.. because I don't remember the password.. and I tried to reseted it.. but I could not..  That's why I can't use my old account..

Dear Mariah,

I tried to enter with my first account A Girl in In Wonderland but I still can't.. And I would like to recover it. 

The problem is I can't enter in to the register e-mail, because I don't remember the password.. and I can't solve it..

Is it possible to change the e-mail for other to fix it?

I pulled up the report and we are a bit confused as to what you know and what you don't
1. Do you remember the email account for the old account?
2. Can you access the email for the old account?
3. Do you remember the password for the old Susan's account?
While I can alter the email address and password, it's one of those things I don't dare touch without a very good reason or an administrates approval. As soon as I get the answers to the above questions, I will post it up for an administrator to look at.

Thank you for answer me. 

Yes I remember the email account for the old account.. I noted  and save the email, the passwords  and my nickname in a document when I registered my account.. and I don't understand why I can't acces if I write  the right password in this e-mail. I tried to recover it, but I could not. I can give you all the information you need about my account to verify that is mine.

I can't access the email for the old account for this reason..  I remember the password for the old Susan's account.. the problem is I guess is change because the verify for change my nickname "girlygirl002" to "A Girl in Wonderland", but I can give you the old password too if you need it by mp, to verify it. 

Sorry if you understand me so well... english is not my first language.. so.. sometimes it's difficult to me explain me in other language. ^^
