Ive been trying this same idea for the last few months.
I concentrate on building legs, butt and hips, while working my core with stretching and constant movement in every imaginable direction. I do this while dancing to loud music, I have playlists setup for high energy cardio followed by groovy songs for stretches and core exercise. I do dumbell curls to try and tone my arms, but low weight high reps. I also do boob exercises to try and lift and bring them more to the center. After 3-4 months, I see a great improvement but still need work, Im hoping that the HRT helps redistribute what i cant seem to move with workouts.
