Use a photo hosting site like photobucket, flickr or imgur and copy the IMG code into your post

Just find one of your photos on whatever site like FaceBook for instance and right click on that image and select, "Copy Image Address" you'll copy the actual address linked on the server. Simply copy and pasting the whole domain name, user, + unique identifier won't simply work it would seem with this form of HTML.
