And about the camera part. One pose that I always found to make butt and waist look very good is to stand facing the camera, kind of turn your right foot in like pigeon toed( front of right foot pointing slightly inward towards left foot), and then twist your right side towards the mirror. Works everytime I'll post a pic soon so you can see what I mean

I actually do have somewhat of a waist. I also, unfortunately have somewhat of a belly. I wear a panty-girdle when I'm not going to be as active as I had planned to be today. Pushing 60 sometimes comfort wins out over fashion. I'm actually more concerned over my shoulders.
