It's low, but most doctors will start you on a low dose anyway. If they don't, it's likely to induce fatigue and hot flashes and all sorts of other menopause-like symptoms. Best to ease you into it. If you expressed to them that you had additional issues like your temper, I could definitely see starting you off very low and then ramping it up over time if there are no negative impacts to your mood.
I always recommend keeping a notebook with your shot stuff. Write down any changes you noticed in between shots, and take this with you to your doctor's appointment. You can flip back through and say "Hey, I've got a deeper voice, my body hair is filling in, I have some downstairs growth. No acne or changes to skin, no negative moods that weren't externally caused. Can we bump my dose up?" It's much easier to ask if you've been keeping track of everything and have "evidence".
