4 years in, i'm trying to get towards being un-clockable.
but something in me wonders if it's even attainable.

shoulders. hips. always the problem in my way.
You look really pretty; you pass well, and should be able to blend in with other women very well. And since we have no way of knowing what others are thinking, second guessing ourselves is pointless, and only serves as a deterrent to happiness.

I feel your pain, shoulders and hips are a bugbear of mine too >:(
You look good in the pic though.

Fara,

Honestly, I feel you are much more attractive without makeup. But this is just my preference.

I have to agree with Dani, I think you look better without the makeup. That's a compliment BTW  :)

Breenyan, perhaps your build looks "athletic", but I wouldn't particularly notice if I saw you in public. I think your body shape is fine. Attractive really.

Also, with so many girls playing sports and working out in the gym it's more common.

It would be very hard to be 100% unclockable, that term doesn't really even make sense though.
People might think you may not be genetic female, but thats all it is thinking, nowadays people look at genetic girls and think the same thing, and they are wrong too.
But its cool to see another Car girl, is it your Genesis?
You look pretty passable anyway
tis a tiburon. is my tiburon.
i guess you're right.
I like pandas?

SORAKAT: You're not passing yet due your Adam's apple, rough skin texture and sharp edges. The best thing to do is starting HRT because it would soften your skin and facial features. I would also recommend you to growing your hair a bit longer, electrolysis (facial hair removal) and a Adam's apple reducing in order to pass. On HRT you might have some potential to pass. The main thing which makes passing hardest is the Adam's apple.

GIAFARELL: The stubble, masculine head shape and haircut choice is the main things which makes passing harder. Your body is fine. You should try to style your hair in a way which makes your face looks lesser square, dominant and masculine. Long hair is recommended strongly. I know I sounds a bit harsh, but you doesn't suit short hair because it just makes thing more difficult for you. The short hair screams "Masculine". Perhaps a haircut like this would be something for you.

MICKI: My advice is to not use too much makeup or exaggerate it. That makes passing harder and some people do associating it with drag shows. If you want to pass, the makeup should be more discreet and eye shadow isn't recommended.

BREENYAN: Your (slightly) broad shoulders and body shape is a bit masculine, so I can see you're not cis. But facial wise you're fine.

Sarah1972: Are you pre or post-HRT? Your makeup is fine, but in some lightning the wig looks a bit stiff. But in darker lightning it doesn't look so wig like. You're not passing yet, but are at the right road makeup wise. It's mostly the facial shape which looks a bit masculine. From long distance you may pass, but when people are close I don't think you would pass.

For your information, in some of my pictures, I'm 'not' wearing any makeup. In a 'few' of the pics, indeed, yes, I do have a 'reasonable' amount of eyeshadow on. I've never had any surgeries and wear a minimal amount of makeup, no hrt, no mascara, not even nailpolish. I was born intersex, so I'm au naturale.

With kindness, it's not the look or anything that seems awkward. It's being pictured on what appears to be the loo - with the bathroom tiles right beside you, or crawling across the sofa towards the camera. Neither of those are particularly flattering.

The sofa one in particular looks very uncomfortable. I've never seen a woman or a man do that. It would be better to just sit on the thing normally, and then it wouldn't be forced and require a second glance.

Thanks for the feedback - much appreciated. I am pre HRT. Hope to start some time later this year or early next year - can't wait but there are some scheduling issues which is pushing things out a bit. And I agree, the wig looks pretty odd (did not expect much for less than $30 anyway). I have a better one arriving soon (hopefully). In the meantime I'll try to work on my makeup skills. That may help :-) I have scheduled a one on one makeup session at a local cosmetics store. Getting better but I am not sure that I have the right shades yet.  :)

I get a lot of attention while taking photos. Both Korean and Chinese tourists and both men and women studied me. While my friend was taking photos for me, an aged guy next to him asked him like "She should not be a Korean lady. She is too tall to be a Korean woman." Also I can hear all kinds of comments from passers-by, including "she looks like a man". Anyway, people seemed to think I am a kind of model for photography.

To pass well, I should avoid wearing high heels, but I don't care. I wear high heels frequently. Even while hiking, I wear wedges.

And few women here wear flower clips in their head, but I wear them nearly everyday. A stereotype of a woman wearing flowers in her head here is that she should be a kind of psycho. Again, I don' care about it.

barbie~~
Just do it.

With great reluctancy, I figure that this is the thread is probably the best thread to post in...  So I pose the question for the objective masses:

Do I look ready for "Prime Time" (full time)?  Or give it a few more months/years?

For the short amount of time you have been on HRT, you pass incredibly well. I find it nearly impossible to find anything masculine about your appearance knowing your history and on the street, I would never guess. You have the additional bonus that you are attractive as well.
