Everybody is growing older, although it can be fast or slow. We may make it look delayed with various methods.
The most effective methods of delaying aging is, IMO, applying everyday 1) moisturizing cream and 2) sun cream. The third is regular exercise.
If you are too late to do these, there are some modern dermatological procedures which are affordable. Botox, laser, and other stuffs that Sonja already mentioned.
But you can not reduce the wrinkles around your neck. I once saw a beautiful aged woman. Her face was surprisingly smooth, considering her age, but she could not hide the wrinkles around her neck. Her face and her neck were so much contrasting, looking very unnatural to my eyes. Nowadays, I can say that some young college girls have much more wrinkles in their neck than mine, and I guess the main cause is obesity among young kids. Nowadays I mind my wrinkles in the neck, trying to keeping my neck stand to not reveal them.
Vanity is vanity, and you may try some cosmetic procedures that are affordable as long as they will not cause any substantial side effect.
My neck wrinkles:

Fortunately, my little daughter commented today that I look younger when considering my biological age, 54.
