I know what I have to do to make myself happy. I know what I have to do in order for me to live my life comfortably. I want to be able to live with myself; more than anything. The bright side to this is that there are plenty of resources around me. The problem to this is that my happiness seems to be unattainable and out of reach, and because of that, I'm suffering.

I understand where you're coming from. I've long since identified my problems and what would need to happen to remedy those problems...but the process in doing so is one of the problems. It's like everything I want is just on the other side of the room and people point out that I should simply walk across the room and take it. But they don't point out that the room is full of snakes, spikes, and other nasty things that stand in my way.

Welcome to Susan's Place wht_tyger_99. When you tag onto another persons thread, it's easy for it to get lost. I am not sure what type of help you are seeking but starting a thread in on of these areas will get you a little more attention. The other thing you could do is post in introductions and you will get a response to your thread. We have some known resources if we know where you live and we have people who are pretty good with google that can often find what you need.

We issue to all new members the following links so you will best be able to use the web site.
