I swear, I been "stealth" so long, i forgot who knows n who doesn't. And that ->-bleeped-<-'s driving me crazy. I need a shrink. I have a GREAT set of friends, that know my past, and just as many that don't ->-bleeped-<-. It's so tiring, I wish sometimes I could just be "open" but that's not me, at all. I need a shrink - in Minnesota, your ref's are for sure appreciated...

I'm in the Twin Cities--Saint Paul, specifically--and I used to go to Ryan Dean in the Highland Park area.
He's actually a trans guy himself (pretty open about it) and I saw him for the year prior to getting top surgery/HRT. He's a pretty good guy, easy to talk to and has a few connections with outreach programs and the like.

Here's his website if you're interested.:

I've seen Ryan Dean, he was good my insurance unfortunately wasn't in network with him. If you don't want to wait and he's covered by your insurance, I'd recommend him. Also another good website to check is OutFront or Rainbow Health Initiative. They both have links/resources for Trans, genderqueer, non binary folks. But if you're ok with waiting, I highly recommend the U of M's center for sexual health. They offer a lot of services, including therapy. The only problem is there's always a few months waiting list. It took me about 5 months or so to get in but it was so worth it.
