The Bilerco Project

QuoteLast week I groaned when I read how Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a bill into law in California which foisted homosexuality upon the children of that state through the state school system. The bill was SB777 and it clearly redefines (perverts) what sexuality is, as well as promotes the legitmacy of homosexuality upon children starting from kindergarten on up. He signed the bill on Saturday, October 13th.

Seven days later on October 20th, wildfires broke out across California in several places.

This is interesting since the authorities believe many of the fires were started by arsonists. I wonder if there's a connection?

Pysgod

That would not surprise me. There are some really screwed up people out there.

It would not surprise me either.  I've seen some people do some really crazy things in the name of God.  The Governator today promised he would catch the one responsible.  It will be interesting to see how it all works out.

He will use a truck to drive into the culprits house.
Then, as he is about to punch them, an electric jolt will cause his system to go down long enough for the culprit to get around him.

Don't forget that the Fundie twins (Roberston/Falwell) said tolerance of gays caused 9/11.

If I was smart I would keep my mouth shut.

But, I find it somewhat offensive seeing all of you treat these fires like a joke.  I live here.

One was an accident, a welder got careless, a couple were by downed electrical wires, and yes a couple were by arsonists.

Arsonists who get a feeling of power and control by watching the flames and destruction, nothing more, nothing less.

Over 2000 families lost their homes, I know several of them.

I will shut up now.

Oooooh, now that is a truly scary costume!!  >:D Hmmmm, as an androgyne, I could go as half Coulter, and half Falwell.... Oy now I really am getting sick... Not to worry though, I don't have any of those kind of clothes. I'm locking my doors on halloween though, there's some very scary folks out there.  ;)

I'm sorry.  We were poking fun at people who blame tragedies on other people, in this case, homosexuals.
I'll stop.  I understand the fires themselves are really tragic.  I wish there were a way to seriously prevent such disasters.

Oh, Sarah...

Profound apologies if this came across like we were making fun of anybody's loss.  That was not my intention.  The blame for some of this just seems outlandish that it was amusing to some.  We did not stop to think about how it might come across to you.  So very sorry.
