prostate shrinkage and loss of pleasure?

hey everyone,

so this is kind of embarrassing for me to write but i can't really find too much info about it online so here it goes.

before hrt i used to be able to find pleasure in anal stimulation (via vibrator, etc)

now, 11 months on HRT and i can barely go in there without feeling a LOT of pain (I noticed this a few months earlier)
is this due to shrinkage of the the prostate?

I'm just upset because I'm on a waiting list for SRS and after that it will be year of recovery (Suporn) so if i find a partner and don't want to top (which i don't!) then i feel like theres nothing for me to do. And in addition to not being able to feel that much pleasure (i don't really liked being touched down there), no guy will want to be with me.

Anyways just wondering if anyone else had this "problem"

With what you have posted, I am not sure this is your problem but it's likely that it's at least part of it. On HRT you develop a feminine sexual response. This means like a woman, you will need foreplay to get excited before you have sex. This can be done with the aid of a partner hugging and rubbing your body or by visualizing the same. At some point, you will feel your whole body glow and when you are at that point, you will be ready for sex. To have sex before reaching this stage will likely not give you full enjoyment.

I have seen others on the site who were post surgical and were unable to have an organism but they didn't post about foreplay so I am unsure of the reason for their problem.
