2.5 months on HRT, Doubts about breasts

I'm reaching 2.5 months of HRT and let me tell you it is one rollercoaster ride. When I started HRT I was like "I'll do this in stealth, no problem". But that was really hard, coupled with my physical changes and mood swings my co-workers began having doubts and now they know about me. It's cool because they are all OK with it doesn't make me uncomfortable.

Anyway to the question I've been meaning to ask...

My breasts have grown alarmingly noticable enough to fill A cup. But the problem is that my Breast buds still hasn't sprouted yet. But I can feel my breast is hard near the nipples due to the growth of tissues. For me it feels weird because there is no Nipple projection.

So when can I exoect breast buds? Beacause it looks like a pre pubescent breast now, albeit a large fatty one.

A hard knot underneath the nipple/areola is the beginning of breast bud.

Hi Helios,

I just hit 4 months of HRT and mine did not have the characteristic bulge of aureola and nipple. It seemed everything was growing like it should except for under the nipple which remained soft. That area remained flat as the rest grew.  Recently the aureola and nipple kind of filled in so it continues the contour lines of my breast to the nipple. I am about an A now.

  Hugs,

Some women have nipples that look more or less like a male nipples. I seem to have the same issue as well because while my nipples are a little larger in diameter, they are flat and pale pink in color.

I have been on HRT for 7 months. It's getting to the point I can not hide them anymore. Wearing just a t shirt is impossible if I want to remain stealth. My picture shows a fairly nice set of C size boobs. The problem is that my boobs are rather pert if you know what I mean.  I live where it is cold 8 months out of the year. I know women in my family would kill for a set of these. But alas it requires me to wear a sweat shirt most the time. Also my booty is getting more shapely and my waist is getting smaller. about two inches. I did have a bit of a head start as I have been on spiro for 25 years for congestive heart failure. I'm beginning to look like an Amazon woman, if only I could find boots that fit.

I was wondering if i can use one of those vaccum pumps on my breasts to make them grow bigger. Not the one they use for breast feeding, but the pump which you can put on your breasts and use the suction power to make them larger in due time.

Has anyone had any experience with this pumps?

We have a few members who have experimented with vacuum pumps and while there was some size increase, it's somewhat questionable if the outcome was desirable. For now you are best to let time do it's thing and see what happens over the next year or two. Remember that in a biological woman puberty takes years and like us, the initial development isn't normally viewed by others.

I was thinking if it's the growth phase for my breasts, using vaccum pumps make them grow larger right?
I do want a bigger breasts without using implants.

I asked my Gyne about the breast pumps and she said yes they will give you larger breasts but only in the short term as it encourages fluids so the breasts "bloat". I know nothing about breast pumps but I do know I could fill a Madonna style B cup pointy bra with my girls...my understanding is you really need at least a couple years of HRT before you know what the final result is going to be. So many variables...mainly genetics will decide.

Suction much like a baby suckling the breast will stimulate the production of a few hormones, namely prolactin and oxytocin which result in production of milk from the milk glands in the breast and ejection from the nipples. Prolactin also aids in lobuloalveolar growth of the breasts (milk glands). The increased milk in the ducts and glands coupled with increased growth of milk glands will make breasts fuller and look engorged. Breasts that have been previously exposed to estrogen and progesterone for at least 6-12 months, especially medium to high concentrations, will respond more strongly. Progesterone tends to inhibit milk production.

😉  I was thinking the same sort of thing before I started reading this post.

At just 6 weeks of HRT I know they are mostly still left over moob but they're mine so I'm calling them boobs. Saying the  phrase "my boobs" is what I like most about them.

Nipples are definitely pointing the way and maybe a bit bigger.  Might just look that way from standing at attention all the time, no change to the areola

And they're starting to get a little tender so yay?

At least they don't feel like they are on fire. It's a welcome pain as you know things are happening. But my Lord. Now      I 'm feeling ashamed because I lament about a painful nipple and women go through child birth.
