Interesting.  Maybe you're just a late bloomer and the hips and such will take longer than normal like your face did?  I can completely imagine how frustrating it would be though.  Biology is weird like that.

i didn't start to see a difference in my hips until 11 months. So maybe. Weird thing is, my boobs started growing 3 days after starting hrt.

I am 3.5 months on hrt and my hips and bum got bigger  my stomach  is slowly  shrinking  and my breast are starting  to  grow
