To mtf, did you notice an increase of sexual harassment/male gaze as you were transitioning at work and in public (especially working in a male oriented profession)? Or were you just ignored/mistreated in general?

Did it matter if you were passable/attractive, or just being transgender and woman cause sexual harassment?

One guy told me if I would show him my breasts when they grow, I told him the obvious (Absolutely not you perv!) And other guy told me to go with him and "experiment" this new facet of mine (another big no response) I like girls, but that doesn't stop the 15 weekly friend requests at facebook, men looking at you in weird ways, it's... Annoying to say the least.

Not in the slightest.. But I'm also not the kind of person who would put up with such nonsense, either in the workplace or out of work.

Do I get looked at in public? I'm sure I do, but it's not something I notice unless it happens right in my face. I mostly ignore it.

I used to work for a guy who at one point was friendly, told me jokes, asked about the family, etc.  Once I started to look kinda feminine he started asking me about what panties I'm wearing and all sorts of gross things.  Don't know if he's a misogynist or just stopped liking me, but either way I didn't like it at all!

I've had mostly good luck at this point. I'm at my 3rd job since transition and been here 3 yrs and being trans has never come up.
