What kind of stuff should I do to make my appearance more feminine? Makeup is not an option because I couldn't get a hold of it. (Haircuts, Moisterizer, Glasses, Etc.)

If you are able to take an anti-androgen, they would stop any masculine development.

Another technique is to avoid strength training. Do NOT lift weights. Do stretching and aerobic training instead and keep your weight down. No high calorie foods allowed. Eat vegetables.

Dress androgynous and let your hair grow long. Most important, stay clean and neat. Do NOT dress like a slob.

Try talking in feminine manner. Vary the pitch of your voice and sing a little when you talk.

Behave like a lady. Do NOT act aggressively. Act like you are concerned for the well being of others. Empathize with others when they voice their concerns.

Just be yourself. You will be just fine, sweetie!  ;)

Thank you for the advice! I already booked a conditioning class for next year and they may make me lift weights... should I do more high repetition with low weight for a toned look?

Feminine eyeglasses are a must.  The right pair will make your eyes look bigger and hide masculine orbital bones.

If you cannot get makeup maybe you can still get lip gloss.  Sometimes they are sold as sun blocks and lip moisturizer.  Baby Lips is great because it still has some color and texture to it.

Get women's panties from Jockey.  They are so close to looking like men's bikini briefs that no one can tell the difference.

Get women's shoes from Fila, sneaks and flats.  Unless you order really bright colors no one can tell they are not men's shoes.  But remember to get one or two sizes larger than your men's size.

And of course, grow your hair long.

High reps with low weights, unless the weights are trivial, will still build muscle.  If they are trivial then there is no reason to use them.  If you want to lift then the better thing might be really heavy with few reps, less than five.  This will maximize strength gain with minimal mass gain.

The best thing you can do is lose fat if you have any to lose.  Get rid of everything around your waist.

I'm not sure your age, but if you are still in puberty seriously try to get on blockers.  It will save you a hundred times over.  If you have dark shadow from a beard I suggest hair removal (laser or electrolysis).  The voice is also tough to fix.  Watch YouTube videos on the subject.
Let your hair grow.  It takes forever.

Be careful of being to girly as people may pick up in that quickly.

Really, just do cardio for the next year -- running, cycle, elliptical, anything that doesn't require much upper body exertion.

Voice practice!  Work slowly to raise your baseline pitch.  Practice the kind of intonation and pitch variance that other women use, and how this may change depending on the context of the conversation (or speech).  This can all be done in private just observing all kinds of things on YouTube, and doing your voice practice: recording yourself, then playing it back to hear how it really sounds, over and over again.

Others have said get on anti-androgens right away, or puberty blockers.  Amen.

If your beard has grown in, start getting it removed.  Don't pluck, start getting electrolysis immediately (or, if you have dark hair and fair skin, you can really cut the zapping hours by going with laser first).  Anti-androgens can keep new hairs from being activated, but won't help anything that's already gone terminal.
What you look forward to has already come, but you do not recognize it.

Posture is important, body language too; women's and men's are very different.

can you trim your eyebrows? not like super thin but a little?
neutral lipstick is wonderfuk, nobody can see it but it plumps up your lips a little.

Go for slightly effiminate colours like pastel colours for clothing rather than mens brown, black and green.

If you can get away with shaving your body hair, then do it, if not keep your face clean shaven.
Witch make a wonderful neutral concealer that I use under my eyes and nobody can see.

Grow your head hair and battle through the taunts of "get your hair cut"
Let's see where this journey takes me.

I've been told that just one set of up to five repetitions at the maximum weight/resistance that doesn't lead to failure will increase strength without adding bulk. That said, much may also depend on predisposition. When I had to lift weights in school I seemed to just get thinner as others gained muscle, regardless of what we were made to do.

Yes, that's true.  But you need to do a few warm up sets at lighter weights first to keep from getting hurt.

In addition to increasing strength it also increases bone density which is important to everyone.

Like everyone said blockers are totally important before you get older. Even if you can't transition right now there is some stuff you can do to make you look and feel more feminine.

Clean up your eyebrows. I don't mean you should like  arch them or anything, just clean them up a little. And for god's sake don't have a unibrow!

You can use clear lip plumper and then cherry chopstick to give a hint of color.

Use tinted acne cream. It's kind of like using foundation except it doesn't rub off.

Use clear mascara to define your lashes . if you use the clear kind you won't have to worry about having black smudges on your face when you sweat.

Clean up your cuticles. Soak your fingers in some soapy warm water and then gently push back your cuticles with a orange stick.

Use clear nailpolish. If people notice it say it's to keep you from biting your nails. They make clear polish with bitter flavor just for that purpose.

Shave your legs if possible. If you can't shave them use clippers with a #2 guard. That should get rid of the wooly look without removing all the hair.

Bleach your arm hair if its dark. They make bleach just for body hair. It makes the hair much less noticeable but it's still there.

Moisturize the skin all over your body, especially your hands.

Use a charcoal mask or Bioree strips to remove black heads.

You could always start tucking. If anyone says anything just say " and why were you looking at my crotch"?

I hope some of this is helpful.
Hugs

Yes, Jockey Elance bikini, hipster and french cut panties are terrific.  There are Elance bikini briefs for men but the women's are softer cotton, nice colors and prints and fit really well.  They are also available in a silkier micromodal fabric which is really wonderful as well.

Here is some of the stuff that I have done. I work in a very male dominated industry, so I had to be creative. I changed my iPhone case to a mint green one (my favorite color BTW), when questioned on it, I casually mentioned that I almost lost the phone at the gym with the previous black case because it blended in.

I mentioned that I hurt my back (which was true to a some extent) and that I couldn't lift heavy any more. I was already in the process of  stopping my testosterone injections that I was getting for low testosterone . I switched in pilates and heavy cardio for weight lifting and tightened up my diet. So when I started to lose a little muscle and the weight came off I attributed it to not being able to work out. I began a good skin car regimen and did a slow taper on my eyebrows so it wouldn't be as noticeable, typically when I got my haircut. If anyone says anything, I attribute any change to my weight loss

Most of these changes have pretty much gone unnoticed by my male co-workers, the only ones who would give me any static about it. . The few females (who don't really associate with the guys) have noticed, but don't share their findings with the men. I addition,  I have made a real effort to befriend them and I have made it into their social circle.  When more changes come about, I will at least not be a social outcast to everyone.

In the coming weeks I intend on shaving my body hair, of course I already have a plan for that. I am training for a triathlon (also partially true). I get that these are flimsy excuses, but they have worked so far. In the end I plan on changing jobs anyway.

I did something similar and bought a rose gold colored phone and put it in a clear case.  Now, after nearly a year, nobody has said anything.

Don't underestimate the wonderfulness of androgynous but still feminine clothing, it can make you feel great.

Losing weight and wearing loose clothes does a lot for you. Loose clothes make you look slimmer and more delicate, I would advice staying away from anything tight until you get the curves.

Also, shaping your eyebrows makes a huge difference.
