So, as it happens my only life goal for the time being is to achieve a genitalia that is the most congruent as possible, in terms of both aesthetics and sexual functionality. Now, in the way I see it, the surgeons in Thailand perform the best possible surgery you can find but the question is, which one of them would you recommend more, with the exception of Supporn because I'm not rich to pay his fee and I heard he doesn't remove erectile tissue at all which can obviously cause discomfort, both psychological and physical.
Another thing I'd like to achieve, knowingly that this isn't all in all entirely possible, is to be able to self lubricate. Now, I know that full self lubrication can't happen, but which of the doctors are able to achieve at least a little bit while also retaining good appearance and sexual function?
This is so frustrating, I really wish I had gone through all this already and didn't have to cry about it, for I can't put it into words how much I despise and loathe my cylinder of despair that should never had dared to grow in my body. It shall be dwelt with as soon as my financial situation allows it.
