Firmness or saggyness all depends on age, % body fat and physical exercise. The younger we are the more firm our body fat is. Keep in mind, I am 68 years old but my breasts are similar to an 18 year old girl, very perky. I have been on HRT for 3 years. Women should have about 20 % body fat to fill out properly. Any less and you will look too thin. Exercise will tone the muscles under the surface fat to provide a good foundation for a feminine appearance. Do lots of stretching and aerobic with a little resistance training.
Ok good to know! It has been hard for me to gain weight in the past; first labor, then drug addiction, now methadone keep me skinny... Most people gain on 'done, but I actually lost... A LOT... Almost 40 lbs in 5 months! I'm 5' 11" & I got down to 145... haven't seen that since Middle School... When I decided to start transitioning I knew I had to start exercising & put on weight, so I started forcing myself to eat, happy to say I gained 15 lbs in just over a month! Noticed I actually have a desire to eat now too, thanx 2 hormones! I will begin to research good exercises & diets that will aid in transitioning. This is the single most important thing I've ever done in my entire life, & damn it, I'm going to do it RIGHT!!! Thanks so much for all the info, Dani! I really appreciate it!!
Much love, -Jessi [emoji178]
