for one this person knew full well that you cannot have two birth certs.

and two should have known that once she had it changed to female, she could not find a female and marry her.

She did her best but should have changed it origannally to a BLANK.


Question:
most IS are born with a BLANK for Gender on thier birth cert, can they marry either way?
