I intend on doing the SRS surgery as soon as possible. By what I've seen, the PAI institute seems to deliver among the best possible result ever. But here, my question is: I always have thought that the Sigmoid Colon surgery is the best option because the ending result is a better looking vagina, better sensation and all the like. However, I hear some people talking about bad smell down there, secretion coming down all the time among other serious problems despite the fact that many have done this surgery and loved the result. Now, is it true that the penile inversion fails at delivering the same level of prettyness and congruity with cisgender vaginas making it impossible for even doctors to tell and also the outcome of how sensitive the new vagina will be, or am I totally wrong and the penile inversion performed currently in Thailand today does deliver a perfect looking vagina and sensation?
