I am looking into buying a cheap, almost realistic stp device, I would like it to be as cheap as possible as I am on disability and will have to have someone else purchase this for me.

I would recommend buying a Cheap packer like a Mr. Limpy and DIYing a medicine spoon set up $20+. This is the cheapest method. Next I would go with say the NY toy collective Sam STP around $80. From there you're getting into the Freetom, Transthetics price range $150+

A Fair bit of warning. STP's do not work with everyone and Everyone does not work with Every STP. I own both an EZPee, Sam STP, and have owned a freetom. None of them worked on me except the EZPee sometimes. However, I own a PeeStyle and that works 100% of the time except it does not pack away in pants.
I would recommend starting cheap and work up from there.
