Won on the whole dress code !!!!!!!!

Im no longer held to the guys dress code where I work!!! I dont have to go under that dress code anymore!! Ive been fighting this for a long time and I finally won!! I get to go under a gender neutral dress code which is awesome right now!!! This is a big win for me!!

That's great!!!!!

I'm interested in two things, your company has a gender neutral dress policy? Can you give a brief overview of the whole dress policy for everyone. 

It also might help others to know your general location without compromising anything.  Country or maybe even state/province.  Others here might be able to use your story to convince their company that it's not the end of the world.

The more I think about this the more awesome this sounds for you and how curious I am about it.
