@Veronica A Wowzers, good on you.... 100km (62 miles) is a great ride, your app is a handy way to chart your progress.
I would guess that some of the weight you lost doing the event was water weight. r.)
You will know better about that in the next few days, but for sure, the weight loss and exercise factor is going the right direction for you.
Yes indeed, riding a bike is much less stressful on your knees and legs... and it is better overall exercise than jogging or running.
