Some defrosted chicken curry, not sure what it was but it was good. Made Sri Lankan white courgette curry to go with it, white as they are simply cubed and cooked in coconut milk with a small amount of spice.

I had a Beef Manhattan.  It was okay except it would have been much better if it had less salt in it.

I do not add salt to my food until after I taste it and determine that it would taste better with some salt. Salt can make food taste better but too much salt can make the food taste very unpleasant.
