Transgender With a Service Dog

Hey guys! I'm Zander. I'm 16 years old, and FtM.
I'm disabled both physically and mentally, and I'm currently training my own service dog.
What I'm worried about is being trans, which, I look like a girl in guys clothes already :/ but having service dog is just gonna draw even more attention to me.
I've never met another trans person with a SD. My hopes here are just mainly for support, and a friend to come to when I'm having a really terrible health day.
I'm pre-t. Also, I have heart problems. Will Testosterone make those worse?
