This past Saturday, playing a show, started OK feeling good. Halfway through first set my right hand got all tingly numb, trembling uncontrollably- I couldn't use it. I had to stop playing. Fortunately our keyboard player could swap over to bass and they finished the set with songs not needing keyboard.
I had arthritis cream and muscle cream, which I applied. Made it back up for second set. I could play OK as long as I kept tension. If I relaxed the trembling took over.
A lady in the audience had followed into the ladies room during the issue, full of concern. After a couple questions she said she'd had a similar issue and recommended an over counter nerve cream. My daughter went and got some.
That stuff was awesome. Within seconds the numbness and trembling was gone. Anyone having similar overstimulated nerves, give it a try .. Theraworx Nerve Relief.

I followed up with my Primary Dr. I've been dealing with irregular heartbeat. Since it's inconsistent she recommended a smart watch for monitoring. Well, I finally got one that lasted long enough for me to start the app and record it. She made an appointment next day and now I'm wearing a heart monitor for a week. I've pushed the flag button 3 times so far. Hopefully we can figure this out. Oh, and I'm supposed to make an appointment with a cardiologist. *sigh*
