Had a run around morning, had to go back to town to pick up my wheels as the tyres didnt turn up till yesterday afternoon . They have only had the wheels a week and then I still had to wait for them to be fitted. Managed to get a fair bit done but muscle spasmed in my back as I pushed down with my arms sat in load bay to move back more. More painkillers then.

I may stop by for some pain killer Davina. Threw my back out yesterday shoveling sand. At least I got the job done.

Hope your back feels better!

Virtual meds on their way!!! Much better today, kept me awake for a bit last night but something went POP when I moved so think its sorted itself. Productive day making spacers for inner rear window frames out of ply, it used to have opening/sliding glass by the rear seat but I deleted that on the first build. Cleaned and painted front seats as they were grey, fabric paint on cloth bit and vinyl spray on the rest. Fitting them in the morning before my mate comes to help on Tues .

Wrong day for fitting the front seats in the Austin, good job I have a powerful fan to cool me down. I had forgot how much of a PIA it was to fit the bolts, we went a good few rounds before I won but have a good few red marks on my right forearm!!! Cooler the rest of the week and some showers.

I did some work in the yard this weekend that resulted in a nasty scratch, it is not infected though.
Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.
