Of course! I prefer extra sharp cheddar, but almost any cheese is good, except for that pre-sliced individually-wrapped fake cheese.

A crazy one developed by our Boy Scout troop, grape jelly on the outside. As crazy as it seems, it's actually pretty good. LOL
